Q: Can I buy products on shop what's new?
A:No, Shop What's New does not sell anything. Products can only be bought by clicking through to a retail partners website.
Q: Who ships me my order?
A: Your order is shipped by the retailer you purchased from.
Q: What if I need to return something?
A:You will need to check the website you purchased the product from and look for information on returning products.
Q: How do I sign up for SWN Style Mail?
A:Click here to create an account. Once you have created an account you can then follow retailers to recieve updates from them.
Q: What kind of retailers are on Shop What's New?
A:Shop What's New has both Women's & Men's retailers. They range from designer boutiques to more price-pointed brands. We have lots of great names you will know, and some you don't recognise but are sure to love!
Q: Why Should I register?
A:If you create an account on Shop What's New you can create a profile, follow retailers and receive a weekly email with the newest products. You can also create styleboards, favourite items and more!
Q: What is 'following'?
A:Following a retailer lets you recieve updates from them in a weekly newsletter sent by SWN.

Q: What information do you take when I register?
A: We require at least your email, first name and gender. You can also optionally add a photo, your birthday and your location.
Q: How can I change my settings? Like password, or photo?

Q: What is a styleboard? What happens when I publish one?
A styleboard is a combination of products from the site that have been dragged together into a 'look'. When you create a styleboard it is added into the styleboards section for visitors to the site to view.
Q: How do I favourite a product?
When you search for products through the site you will see a small star icon, you can click on this to favourite an item. You can also favourite items from their individual product pages.
